September 16th - OMRON plans to purchase Edp (Adept) through an all cash acquisition offer, the current distribution of common shares, and then merged. OMRON will bid $13 per share for the investors who love Depp, compared to the closing price premium of 63% of Depp's September 15, 2015. This acquisition to Edp valued at about $200 million. OMRON will offer an offer to buy through the hands of reserve cash.
